Graham Williams, President & CEO
Mr. Williams has a life-long involvement and commitment to Power Process Piping and our customers. In 1984 he became a full-time
employee. His first full-time responsibility was as the field material buyer for the PPP/Rouge Steel Continuous Caster Project. Upon
successful completion of this assignment Mr. Williams joined the home office staff as material and equipment buyer. He has been an
active participant in the steady PPP corporate growth. Staff positions held by Mr. Williams include: Buyer, Purchasing Agent, Vice
President and Executive Vice President. He is currently President and CEO. He is a member of the Mechanical Contractors Association
and has also served as trustee of the Pipe Fitter Insurance Fund. Mr. Williams attended Oakland Community College and Northwood
Institute.
Jerry L. Palmer, Vice President
Mr. Palmer began his career with the Company in 1987 and currently serves as a Vice President and Project Manager. He has over 40 years of industry experience and specializes in large, complex multiple-trade projects. Prior to joining the Company in 1987, Mr. Palmer was employed by Dravo Corporation for twenty-four years as Manager of Estimating and Project Manager. Currently Mr. Palmer serves on the Engineering and Safety Committee for the Pipe Fabrication Institute. Mr. Palmer attended Marietta College.
Norman Sunamoto, Vice President
Mr. Sunamoto has been with PPP since 1977. He began his career at the Company as a project manager. Since that time, Mr. Sunamoto has managed several major projects. Mr. Sunamoto currently serves as the Company Vice President and Quality Control Manager. He served on the Engineering Committee for the Pipe Fabrication Institute and currently serves as a Technical Representative for the National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau. Prior to joining the Company in 1977, Mr. Sunamoto worked for Taylor Engineering Corporation for 17 years where he served as Assistant General Manager. Mr. Sunamoto attended Wayne State University.
Dennis Glasgow, Vice President – Shop & Field Operations
Mr. Glasgow joined the Company in 1976. During his tenure, Mr. Glasgow has accumulated extensive experience in the mechanical construction industry. He has held positions ranging from Journeyman, Foreman, General Foreman, to Superintendent. Mr. Glasgow also served at the Company’s Senior Jobsite Craft Representative for many of our larger projects.
Scott Simmers, Controller
Mr. Simmers has been employed at PPP since 1994 and is responsible for the financial affairs of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Simmers had several years of public accounting experience with a large regional firm and four years experience as a controller in a construction company. Mr. Simmers is also a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Simmers holds both a Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Finance from Walsh College.
Organizational Structure
PPP’s efficient and streamlined corporate structure has evolved as the Company molds itself to meet its customer’s needs and requirements. Accordingly, key people fill many different roles. Communication lines are short and the Company remains highly flexible to service its customers.
